Why Dhirwah?
A clear professional path
An individual development plan and support toward professional qualifications such as CFA, CMA and Taqeem accreditation.
Genuine variety of work
You will work across nine sectors — government entities, sovereign funds and family groups — in a single year.
Learn directly from the partners
Small teams mean direct contact with the partners on every engagement — no management layers between you and the decision.

We work to International Valuation Standards and accredited governance frameworks, and we protect the independence of the professional opinion.
